Marlies Sign Philippe Paradis

The Toronto Marlies announced that they have signed young forward, Philippe Paradis to an amateur try-out contract. Paradis, Carolina’s 2009 1st round selection, was acquired by the Maple Leafs in exchange for Jiri Tlusty, selected 13th overall by Toronto in 2006. The Normandin QC born Paradis skated in 63 games this season for the QMJHL’s Shawinigan club. [...]
